The patient receives a secure email containing the questionnaire and animated videos to support the informed consent process.
Once the patient has completed the process, the anesthesiologist determines the appropriate follow-up consultation based on the E-POS recommendation and report.
It is essential that the questionnaire is accessible to all demographics, including individuals with a migration background, the elderly, and those with low literacy.

The standard questionnaire covers all inquiries necessary for a safe preoperative assessment. Relatively healthy patients are burdened with only the minimum required questions, while patients with multiple underlying health conditions are prompted with follow-up questions where necessary.
Additionally, it is possible to add custom questions for purposes such as a nursing consultation hour.
