1. Who is NovaCair and how can I contact NovaCair?

2. Access to the website

Access and use of the website is strictly personal. NovaCair collects two types of data about its Visitors and Users:

7. Processing of personal data.

Novacair processes different types of personal data, for different purposes. Article 6 indicated which personal data are collected. Article 7 explains the purposes for which personal data are processed.

We process Non-Personal Data and Personal Data for the following purposes:

  1. To offer and perform services;
  2. To further develop, adapt and improve our services based on the common or personal preferences, experiences and/or problems of Visitors and Users;
  3. To provide our Users with customer support and technical support;
  4. To target our Visitors and Users with general or personalized messages about our services;
  5. To improve our data security and fraud prevention features;
  6. To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We will use your Personal Data for the purposes described above in Article 7 only if we are satisfied that:

Without this personal information, NovaCair is unable to provide these services.

If certain information is necessary to access certain functionalities of the website, the responsible party will indicate the mandatory nature of this information at the time of requesting the data.

8. Your rights regarding your data

Pursuant to Article 13 (2) (b) AVG, everyone has the right to access and rectify or erase their personal data or restrict the processing concerning them, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Any such request should be accompanied by a copy of a valid identification document, on which you have affixed your signature and indicating the address at which you can be contacted. Within 1 month of the request submitted, you will receive a response to your request. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of the requests, this deadline may be extended by 2 months if necessary.

9. Data retention period

The data collected by the administrator of website will be used and kept for the duration stipulated by law.

10. Cookies

  • NovaCair has removed the last octet of your IP address. IP addresses consist of 4 so-called octets of 3 digits each. Google offers the possibility to remove the last octet of the IP address of website visitors. This happens in temporary memory, even before the IP address is stored by Google.
  • NovaCair has disabled settings in Google Analytics to share data with Google so that Google cannot use the data for its own (advertising) purposes.
  • NovaCair does not use Google Analytics in conjunction with other Google services.
